 Jean Marceau Lohier, CPCM, CFCM,

Jean Marceau Lohier, CPCM, CFCM, is currently a Sr. Contracts Manager with AT&T Government Solutions, Inc. (AT&T), a Subject Matter Expect (SME), the President of the Tysons Chapter of the National Contracts Management Association (NCMA), Co-Lead of the Contracts Working Group for the Integrated Program Management Division (IPMD) of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), a 2016 member of the School of Business Industry Advisory Council (IAC) of American Public University System (APUS)/American Military University (AMU) (Government Contracting and Acquisition Program) and an Instructor Contractor with INL/CAP Training – U.S. Department of State (DoS).

 

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Lohier held several contracts management positions, including as Contracts General Manager with GTSI Corp. (now Unicom Government, Inc.) and a Sr. Contracts/Grants Administrator with the Academy for Educational Development in Washington, DC.  He provides life-cycle contract management and negotiation for all contract types from pre-sales (including strategy and development support) to post-award and contract close-out phases.  He has successfully led, trained, coached, and mentored multiple teams and contracts professionals.  He has also helped establish processes and procedures to ensure compliance with contracts and profitability to the organizations.  Nationally, he has presented at conferences and has published several professional articles most of them in the Contract Management Magazine. 

 

Mr. Lohier holds two post-bachelor Degrees: one from Georgetown University (GU) in Paralegal Studies and the other from the University of Virginia (UVA) in Procurement and Contracts Management.  He is a U.S. President’s Volunteer Award Winner Gold (2015-2014) and Silver (2016-2013).  He is the 2015 recipient of the prestigious “NCMA’s Best Contract Management Magazine Article” award.

 

 

 Lisa D. Mathews, MBA, EVP, PMP

 

Lisa Mathews is both the Earned Value Management (EVM) and Purchasing System Focal Point for Booz Allen Hamilton, a leading global consulting firm. As well, Lisa is a Lecturer at Georgetown University on Project Management topics.  Lisa has been with Booz Allen for over a decade, and is responsible for ensuring the proper firm-wide deployment of the DCMA Approved Earned Value Management and Purchasing Systems. Lisa’s wide range of diverse PM/EVM experience as a practitioner has been in RDT&E, Production, Deployment, Software Development, and support services projects of varying contract sizes and types with myriad clients.

 

A frequent speaker and trainer of Earned Value Management and Project Management topics, Lisa has done so throughout the world on six continents. She is presently Co-Lead of the Contracts Working Group for the Integrated Program Management Division (IPMD) of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Co-Dean for the CPM600 series courses, and is the CPM Vice President of Communications.

 

Lisa earned her MBA from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, has been certified by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) as an Earned Value Professional (EVP) and by the PMI as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
