Presenter: Stuart Turner and Michael Samuels

Stuart Turner – Mr. Turner has extensive experience in litigation and counselling for companies that work with the federal government. Mr. Turner has represented contractors for the defense, healthcare, construction and other industries in bid protests, claims, and traditional litigation, including litigation under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). He has advised clients on multiple aspects of government contracting, including compliance matters, FCPA, False Claims Act and other investigations, and FOIA.

Michael Samuels – Mr. Samuels’ practice involves counselling and representing government contractors on a wide range of issues including bid protests, contract claims and appeals, intellectual property data rights issues, cybersecurity, subcontractor and teaming agreements, and small business issues and size protests. He additionally focuses on the False Claims Act, mandatory disclosures, and other compliance issues.
