Description: This course will cover the different types of contracts and when each should be used.
Presenter: Dwayne Haigler
Dwayne Haigler has over 9 years’ experience in Government Contracting with an emphasis in defense, contingency and information technology contracts. He is DAWIA Level III certified in contracts and is previous contracting officer. He has served as a military contingency Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative in Afghanistan and Iraq. He has supported various DoD and federal agencies as a Contracting Officer’s advisor while at MITRE’s Center for Acquisition Management.
