Peter Tuttle is currently the Vice President of Strategic Solutions for Distributed Solutions, Inc., which is a small software manufacturer located in Reston, VA. He is responsible for government affairs, executive outreach and strategic envisioning.  Additionally, he provides executive-level subject matter expertise and analyses to DSI’s CEO and executive team, and clients, on Federal acquisition management processes, policies, laws, regulations and trends. Mr. Tuttle has been active in the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) since 1994 and is currently a CPCM and a Fellow.  He has served on the national-level NCMA University Outreach and Relations Committee from 2010 to 2012 and has also served a number positions in the Tysons Chapter, including as chapter president for Program Year 2013-2014.    Mr. Tuttle is also active in the American Council for Technology/Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) where he served as Vice Chair for the Acquisition Management Shared Interest Group from 2011 to 2012.  Married to his wife Janell for 41 years, he is a proud father and grandfather.  Mr. Tuttle is a part-time student of military history with a specialty in America’s participation in World War One.
