Patricia Ritz is a Contracts Administrator with Logistics Management Institute (LMI). In her current position, Patricia manages the administration of contracts, conducts negotiations, structures contractual terms to reflect business strategy, advises management on contractual risks, coordinates proposal preparation, prepares price proposals, and reviews solicitation requests to ensure compliance. Prior to her career in contract management, Patricia served in roles focused on compliance, accounting, financial reporting, and auditing across multiple industries. Patricia is an active member of the NCMA and currently serves on the Tysons Board of Directors as Director of Policies and Procedures for the 2017-2018 program year and Chair of the Policies and Procedures Committee. Additionally, she is a current participant of NCMA's CMLDP program. Patricia has a Master's in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Certificate in Procurement & Contracts Management from the University of Virginia, a Certificate in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
