Dear NCMA Tysons Members, Friends and Colleagues,

My name is Angel N. Davis It is an honor and privilege to serve as the NCMA Tysons Chapter President for the 2018-2019 Program Year. Some of my chapter goals for this program year include, retaining our current members, expanding our member base and introducing diverse topics that appeal to all members of the commercial and government acquisition and contract management community.

As the Tysons Chapter continues to evolve we hope to establish a wealth of relationships with other Washington Metropolitan Area NCMA Chapters, as well as professional organizations that will support the continued development of acquisition and contract management professionals, both within the government and industry contracting community.

As a recent NCMA Contract Management Leadership Development Program (CMLDP) graduate, I’ve continued to benefit from the professional development opportunities NCMA has to offer to the entire contracting community. Being an NCMA member of more than ten years has certainly helped me to enhance my leadership skills and expand my professional network. I have made genuine connections with many individuals through this amazing professional organization and will continue to do so, during this program year.

We have an outstanding program year ahead! We will continue with our very successful Women in Leadership Initiative and our Contract Life-Cycle Series training courses.

I want to thank our amazing 2018-2019 Board of Directors and Advisors. Along with our members, these individuals help to make NCMA Tysons an amazing and progressive Chapter!

The NCMA Tysons Chapter will continue to serve our members with the highest level of integrity, through mutual respect, collaboration, diversity, friendliness, networking, training, mentorship and transparency.
