Kameke Mitchell is passionate about the contract management profession. She brings demonstrated experience of cultivating growth and innovation throughout the acquisition life cycle. Kameke has led teams responsible for acquisitions with portfolios valued at over $15B. Over the past several years, Kameke held contracting positions in support of major weapon systems, combat information systems, network, and legacy IT business systems. Kameke is a recognized community leader with the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and AFCEA International as she serves with intention and purpose. Kameke earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising, Design and Production Management from Auburn University as well as received her Master of Business Administration from Troy University. Most recently Kameke graduated with honors from the NCMA, Contract Management Leadership Development Program (CMLDP). Kameke is tenacious, and there is no challenge that she cannot tackle.

“Janelle Taylor is passionate about serving with intention and purpose. She brings demonstrated experience of cultivating growth and innovation through business and community partnerships. Janelle is a recognized community leader with Girl Scouts USA and serves as speaker and facilitator for youth and teen events. As a lifelong scout she creates patch programs for girls interested in learning about finance, nature and civil service. Janelle has supported world-class organizations including the Department of Defense, U.S. Attorney’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and state and local agencies by improving operational efficiencies. In 2018, Her team was named Contractor of the Quarter by the Office of Acquisitions (OA), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for “expertise, ingenuity and determination that lead to three successful source selections for large and comprehensive programs within one month to meet congressional approval”. Janelle has a proven track record of creating and applying tactical strategies, improving business processes, and solving complex problems. While delivering technical solutions across acquisition and project management activities, Janelle is dedicated to the mission of keeping People first as the forefront of corporate operations. She is alumni of the University of Maryland College Park, the American University and most recently a graduate of the 2019-2020 class of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), Contract Management Leadership Program (CMLDP).
As an active member of the NCMA Tyson's chapter, Jennifer Hanks has served as Chapter Secretary, Graalman Chair, Director of Volunteers, and CMLDP Alumni Community Chair in which she spearheaded their leadership continuity development program at the National level. She is also on the Women in Leadership (WIL) Committee where she also leads the WIL Book Club. Additionally, she was an Honor Graduate of NCMA's CMLDP program, has been published in the Contract Management Magazine, has presented at World Congress. Mrs. Hanks received a Master's of Science in Management from The Catholic University of America, a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Music from The University of Miami.
Angel N. Davis was the 2018-2019 President of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), Tysons Chapter and has been an NCMA member since 2007. During that time she served on the NCMA Tysons Board as Director and Vice- President of Outreach. Angel pioneered the NCMA Tysons Women In Leadership Initiative. She is an NCMA Contract Management Leadership Development Program (CMLDP) graduate. Angel is currently a Contracts Manager with Centre Law & Consulting, LLC. and has previously held positions as a Subcontracts and Procurement Manager.
Jean Marceau Lohier, CPCM, CFCM, NCMA Fellow, is a Minority Small Business Owner, Tyto Government Solutions, Inc.’s (formerly AT&T Government Solutions, Inc.) Director of Contracts & Subcontracts Management group; a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Acquisition and Contracts Management; a National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Board Committee Member; a Member of the Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) Contract Management Advisory Board Committee; a member of the Lake Ridge Parks and Recreation Association, Inc. (LRPRA) Board of Directors; and Past President of NCMA Tysons Board of Directors & Chairman of the Board of Advisors; was a working member of ACT-IAC initiative on Defense Acquisition Reform (section 809 commission); Co-Lead of the Contracts Working Group for the Integrated Program Management Division (IPMD) of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA); a member of the School of Business Industry Advisory Council (IAC) APUS/AMU (Government Contracting and Acquisition Program); and an Instructor Contractor with – U.S. Department of State. Mr. Lohier has successfully led, trained/coached, and mentored multiple teams and contracts professionals from Government & Industry as well as military veterans, and has been a guest speaker at multiple professional meetings. Nationally, he has presented at conferences and has had multiple articles published in newspapers (Miami Herald, Washington Times), and in the NCMA Magazine. Mr. Lohier holds two post-Bachelor Degrees: one from Georgetown University (GU) in Paralegal Studies and the other from UVA in Procurement and Contracts Management. He is a U.S. President’s Volunteer Award Winner - Gold. He is the 2018 NCMA Fellow awardee and the 2015 recipient of the prestigious “NCMA’s Best CM Magazine Article” award.
Jim Kuderko is the Senior Corporate Recruiter at British Standards Institution (BSI) in Herndon, VA. He has been in the recruiting field for over 10 years in the greater DC area with emphasis in contracts and procurement, IT, marketing, consulting and ISO Standards.
